Camp begins at 7:00 am and will end between 9:00 am and 10:00 am each morning; some afternoon runs may occur for varsity in July. Mileage and daily routines will depend on the age and experience of the camper. Workouts are designed to be physically and mentally progressive for female athletes entering 6th through 12th grade. Incoming freshmen planning to join the IHSA competitive season are strongly encouraged to join the summer program and all returning athletes to ensure our program is building a foundation of success for the 2024 season. This year 5 conditioning days will include learning our program routines for strength, injury prevention, and yoga!
Middle School athletes are welcome and encouraged to register! We welcome newcomers as a way to build skills, confidence, mindful practice, join program culture, and foster our program's rich tradition all while running with other female distance runners!!
Campers must provide their own transportation to all practice sites. Each participant will receive a camp t-shirt. No refunds are available once camp starts.
