As you are registering your returning student, this video will help you navigate the registration process. The following steps are for returning students to District 205, which includes students currently enrolled at Madison Early Childhood Center. If you are a new student, please follow the new student registration steps found on the Student Registration page. 

STEP 1 - Log in to your PowerSchool Parent account. 

Once logged into your parent portal account, select the desired student and select the link labeled “Returning Student 25-26” along the left-hand side ribbon. You must complete a registration for each student in the household.  

Please be sure to fill in the required fields on every page. When all fields are completed, the summary page will have green checkmarks for each form and you will be able to submit your registration. Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email. 

STEP 2 - After completing the online registration, additional documents may be required, including health or residency documentation.  Parents/guardians of returning students in the following circumstances must verify their residency:

• Kindergarten students, including those currently enrolled at Madison Early Childhood Center; 

• Incoming 9th graders; 

• Students who have had a lease expire or have a special residency situation within the past year; and

• Students who have changed their address or moved within the District.

Your registration is not complete until all required documents have been submitted to your school. All documents must be submitted in person.

STEP 3 - Once you have submitted the online registration and have submitted all required documents to the school (if applicable), your registration is complete.
