Title IX is a federal law that says a school district has a responsibility to promptly and efficiently respond to gender discrimination. This can be in the form of sexual misconduct, dating violence, stalking, or retaliation. Elmhurst Community School District 205 takes this responsibility very seriously and ensuring these matters are handled with the utmost care and discretion.

General Reporting Statement & Title IX Coordinator
Complaints or reports alleging sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating violence, stalking, or gender discrimination, including sexual orientation or gender identity, involving a District 205 student, employee, or person affiliated with District 205 should be immediately reported to the Title IX Coordinator via Email Dr. Joseph Schumacher or by telephone to 630/617-2309.
Complaints or reports may be made anonymously, but no disciplinary action will be take against an alleged aggressor solely on the basis of an anonymous report.
